Answers to your questions
Cooperation and Ideal Client
What advertising budget do you recommend?
If only Facebook and Instagram ads are handled, the ideal start is from 20,000 CZK per month. If other channels are combined (TikTok, YouTube, or a broader performance strategy), the recommended budget is rather from 40,000–50,000 CZK per month. The goal is not to spend as much money as possible, but to achieve healthy and long-term sustainable growth.
What if I already have an internal marketing team?
That is not a problem. The cooperation can function as an external specialist for Meta Ads, a consultant, an auditor, or as a person who supplements the internal team with performance marketing experience. Often, the combination of an internal team and an external specialist works best.
Why do you prefer long-term cooperation?
Performance marketing is not a one-off action. Algorithms, the market, and people's behavior are constantly changing. What works today may not work in 3 months. Long-term cooperation makes it possible to stably optimize, test new strategies, increase performance, and build healthy business growth.
Process and Communication
How does the first month of cooperation work?
The first month is the most important part of the entire cooperation. Several online meetings take place, product analysis, understanding customers, checking data, strategy, testing campaigns, and setting up the entire structure. At the beginning, it is necessary to invest the most energy, because that is where the direction that will work long-term is set.
Will I have access to all accounts and data?
Yes. The client always has full access to ad accounts, Business Manager, data, and campaign results. Nothing is "hidden under the agency".
What is the difference between a freelancer and an agency?
With an agency, you often communicate with multiple people, information is passed between teams, and responses tend to be slower. Here, everything is handled directly by one person who understands the strategy, sets up the ads, analyzes the data, and communicates with the client. The result is faster communication, a better overview, lower costs, and a more personal approach.
Results and Problems
How do you know that the ad really works?
It's not just about the number of clicks or cheap leads. What matters is how much a real conversion costs, the quality of leads, what the ROAS is, and above all, whether the ad actually brings in profit. I always evaluate marketing in the context of the entire business.
Why aren't my current ads working?
The most common problems are: poor campaign structure, too many interventions in running ads, poor targeting, unsuitable visuals, poorly set budgets, or poorly evaluated data. Often companies track the wrong metrics and optimize something that has no effect on profit.
What if Meta blocks the ad account?
This is one of the most common crisis situations. Thanks to experience directly from the Meta environment, it is possible to identify the problem faster, communicate correctly with support, and resolve blocks more effectively than in the usual way.
Campaign Audit
How long does the ad audit take?
Most often 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the size of the project. The audit takes place online in the form of a videocall with screen sharing and a subsequent report. The result is a concrete list of what works, what doesn't, and what has the greatest impact on performance.
What exactly do you check in the audit?
I check campaign structure, targeting, budgets, creative part, reporting, conversion data (pixel, events), audiences, ad placements, and the logic of the entire strategy. The goal is to uncover where the company is unnecessarily losing money.
Creative and Experience
Do you have experience with major brands?
Yes. During more than 10 years in marketing, I have managed campaigns for hundreds of clients (e-shops, industry, recruitment, politics) with budgets in the hundreds of millions of CZK. I worked for brands like Preciosa, Kytary.cz, and many others.
Do you also do creatives and content?
Yes, if needed. Part of the cooperation can be the design of visuals, recommendations for videos, ad structure, copywriting, or content consultation based on the target group. It is important that the creative corresponds to the specific audience.
Strategy and Performance
How much does Facebook advertising cost?
There is no fixed price. You pay per impression (CPM) or per click (CPC). The minimum budget is around 25–30 CZK per day for one ad set, but for real results in the Czech Republic, I recommend starting with at least hundreds of CZK per day. The price varies depending on competition, industry, and the quality of your creatives.
Why isn't Facebook advertising working?
Often it is a combination of poor tracking (inaccurate data), weak creative (fails to engage), unsuitable audience, or – and very often – a problem on the website side that does not "sell" the clicked people. The ad is only half the success.
How to increase Facebook ads performance?
The key is a high-quality visual and a clear offer. Furthermore, precise CAPI setup (Server-Side tracking) for more accurate data, testing different versions of ads, and remarketing efforts. The algorithm needs high-quality signals to learn.
How to lower the cost per lead?
Increase the relevance of the ad. The more people react to the ad and the better it meets their needs, the less Facebook charges you. Improve copywriting, speed up landing page load times, and simplify the form – the fewer obstacles, the cheaper the lead.
